[F-Chair + Case Study] Kyushu Geographic Information Co., Ltd.

Improving telework employment for people with disabilities with our product! A case where the working situation has become more visible.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "F-Chair+" at Kyushu Geographic Information Co., Ltd., a company that employs severely disabled individuals. Initially, this product was not used when telecommuting was introduced, but we decided to implement it to better capture the situations of employees in need, in addition to communication via email and chat, as well as attendance records. After the implementation, we were able to better observe how employees were working. By reaching out to employees who were struggling with their tasks, we could help resolve issues.
